5. Responsible for the implementation, inspection, diagnosis, and implementation of departmental policies and objectives.
6. Preparation of general process documents.
7. Responsible for closely cooperating with relevant departments to carry out technological and process innovation, as well as product quality improvement.
8. Other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:

*Research and development of new materials, metal alloys, and composite materials.
*Evaluate the performance of materials.
*Develop and implement a material research and development plan, including material selection, formulation, processing technology, etc.
*Assist in developing material testing plans and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
*Participate in material design review and product design review, and provide improvement suggestions.
*Assist in organizing and executing material trial production, and ensure safety and quality.
*Write material research and development reports and testing reports for reference by relevant departments.
*Other tasks arranged by the leader;
Job requirements:

operating duty:
1. Obey the unified management and command of production, assist in the construction of the team in this class;
2. Responsible for the work arrangement, training guidance, assessment, and management of team members;
3. Assist production leaders in carrying out various management work;
4. Cooperate with technical personnel and quality inspectors in product quality inspection work;
5. Cooperate with the equipment department to carry out equipment maintenance, upkeep, and technical upgrades;
Job requirements:
1. Responsible for completing assigned production tasks and various economic and technical indicators;
2. Strictly implement the "Casting and Rolling Operation Guide" and "Casting and Rolling Safety Operation Regulations";
3. Responsible for maintaining online production of products;
4. When erecting the board, be responsible for operating the control panel and directing relevant personnel to adjust the liquid level height and temperature according to the board output situation;
5. Control and adjust various process parameters in online production according to product quality requirements;
6. Responsible for self inspection and mutual inspection of product quality;
7. Responsible for providing feedback on the feeding quality information of the team;
8. Responsible for analyzing, solving, and reporting problems that exist in process operations;
9. Fill in relevant production records and forms to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the data;
10. Supervise the team members to complete relevant records properly;
11. Participate in analyzing and summarizing factors such as output, quality, and energy consumption, and propose improvement suggestions;
12. Responsible for the corresponding handover of work for commuting positions and keeping handover records;
